Stay informed. Read the Community Updates from Ecology as well as the newsletters from PSC. Updates are often given at the monthly Georgetown Community Council meeting, which is held at 7:00 PM on the fourth Monday of the month and is open to the public. Let Ecology know that you are concerned about PSC sticking to its cleanup and investigation schedule. Call, email or write and make your opinion known. (See contact information below.) Encourage your friends and neighbors to stay informed and voice their concerns, too. If you are contacted by PSC or Ecology about the installation of a venting system in your home or business, please respond quickly. Allowing PSC to install a venting measure in your home is the best way you can protect your health and the health of your family. If you have questions or concerns about any of this information, please contact Cathy Hendrickson at (206) 764-7128.
